Vincent Auger
Kinesiologist, triathlete, ultramarathon runner, and triathlon coach.
Vincent is passionate about endurance sports and helping athletes of all levels achieve their sporting goals, whatever they may be. Growing up, he participated in a wide variety of sports including hockey, soccer, horseback riding, running, triathlon, alpine skiing, cross-country skiing, and more. This diverse background gives him a strong understanding of what it takes to perform across different athletic disciplines.
As a coach, Vincent has helped several athletes achieve personal bests, podium finishes, and even qualify for the Ironman 70.3 and Ironman World Championships.
As an athlete, Vincent is part of the BartCoaching elite triathlon team. In 2021, he finished 16th overall at Ironman Wisconsin and 3rd overall at the Bromont Ultra 80 km. In 2022, he finished 13th overall at Ironman Mont-Tremblant, also earning qualification for Kona.

Eric Boulanger

Éric Boulanger joined the coaching team in 2018 after several years as a dedicated athlete and volunteer working alongside certified coaches. He later earned certifications with Triathlon Canada, Ironman University, ITCA, the World Open Water Swimming Association, and INSCYD.

With extensive experience as an athlete across all race distances, Éric is well equipped to guide athletes toward their goals, from sprint-distance triathlons to Ironman.

Éric remains very active as an athlete, competing in several Ironman 70.3 and Ironman events each year. For him, this is an important way to stay connected to the athlete mindset and to test his own training methods firsthand.
Alex Diotte

Alex Diotte is a triathlon coach and endurance athlete with a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management and Athlete Development.

Active in the sport for the past four years, Alex has competed in events ranging from sprint distance to Ironman, earning multiple age-group podiums and qualifying for age-group World Championships. His hands-on racing experience, combined with a structured and thoughtful approach, allows him to effectively guide athletes toward their goals, from their first triathlon to high-level performance.

Krysta Veneruz

Krysta has always been passionate about sports, including hockey, lacrosse, and tennis, but it was when she discovered triathlon at university that she realized how much sport can enrich people’s lives.

Trained as a language teacher, her teaching skills and empathy are major strengths when it comes to coaching and building strong coach-athlete relationships.

“My goal is to work with athletes in a way that is encouraging, motivating, and fun. My coaching philosophy is that enjoyment comes first. When you’re having fun, the results follow.”

Krysta is trained through Triathlon Québec’s NCCP coaching certification program.

As an athlete, Krysta brings experience across a wide range of distances, including the extreme Canadaman/CanadaWoman XTri, which she completed in 2021.

Jerome Faverial

Over 20 years of coaching experience in athletics, including sprinting, hurdles, strength and speed development for sports teams, and athletes of all levels. As a specialist in biomechanical analysis of running technique, Jérôme can provide the guidance needed to help improve your running form and efficiency.

Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and a Level 3 NCCP certification in athletics.

Jérôme is also an experienced and active triathlete, completing several 70.3 races each year for more than 10 years.

In 2017, Jérôme continued to expand his expertise with training in the United States under the guidance of Ryan Bolton, Ironman champion and coach of a group of Kenyan runners, including a Boston Marathon winner.
Rachel Butler

Having competed in sports from a young age, mainly show jumping and university-level soccer, Rachel only discovered triathlon in her late 30s. She had to learn how to swim and cycle competitively, but after completing her first Olympic-distance triathlon, she was hooked. She went on to race every distance from sprint to Ironman, frequently earning age-group podium finishes. Her most notable achievement to date is competing at the Ironman World Championship in Kona in 2023. She also raced at the ITU World Championships in Australia in 2018 and completed the World Championship trifecta by competing at the 70.3 World Championship in Spain in 2025.

“Everyone should have the opportunity to participate in triathlon, regardless of age or background, and that is what inspired me to become a coach. As a working mother of two, I understand the time constraints of everyday life. I want to give everyone the opportunity to try triathlon at least once.”

Rachel has coached soccer at the college level and has many years of experience coaching young equestrian athletes. She is trained through Triathlon Québec and holds certification through the National Coaching Certification Program (NCCP).
Emmanuel Ligot-Picard

Emmanuel “Manu” is an accomplished athlete with seven years of experience on the triathlon circuit, from sprint distance to 70.3, including an appearance at the 70.3 World Championship.

In running, he won the 2024 Canadian 10K Championship with a time of 32:20.

Trained as a coach through Triathlon Canada and Triathlon Québec, Manu has the tools to support athletes of all levels and help them achieve a wide range of goals.

Manu is always attentive to his athletes’ needs, adapting his approach to help them progress and push their limits.
Yohan Peus

Yohan started playing rugby at the age of four and practiced the sport for 15 years, including two seasons in New Zealand, one of the world’s leading rugby nations.

After moving to Montreal, triathlon became a passion that led him to complete more than 10 half-Ironman (70.3) races and four Ironman events.

His mantra is to never give up, and this carries over into both his everyday life and his approach to coaching. He always knows how to motivate his athletes and bring a smile to his teammates.

Trained through Triathlon Canada and Triathlon Québec, Yohan is a natural team builder who values knowledge sharing, collaboration, and attentive listening.
Patrice Brisindi

A former elite-level swimmer, Patrice has more than 12 years of experience competing at the highest level in triathlon.

Formerly an elementary school teacher, his strong teaching skills help athletes progress toward their goals. He is patient, calm, structured, and dynamic.

Patrice has also completed Triathlon Québec coaching certification.

Olivier Chevalier

Physical Education teacher at the high school and college levels for over 15 years, as well as a certified National Lifeguard.

Former national-level soccer player in France.

Experienced endurance athlete across a wide range of distances, from 5K to the marathon (Boston, New York, Chicago, Ottawa, and more), as well as from sprint triathlon to Ironman 70.3.

He also founded a running club at his school and has been coaching young athletes between the ages of 11 and 17 for the past four years.

An experienced athlete from sprint distance to Ironman, Jacinthe’s results speak for themselves, with a sub-5-hour 70.3 personal best and an 11-hour finish at Ironman Muskoka, placing 19th overall.
