TRIATHLON CAMP
3 jours

MONT-TREMBLANT May 22–24, 2026

For nearly 10 years, the 3-day Bart Coaching camps have let athletes get a big boost in their final preparation 1 month out from the 70.3 and 5150 Tremblant, but it's also a chance to gain plenty of experience and knowledge by drawing on the expertise of our coaches certified by Triathlon Canada, IronManUniversity, Swimsmooth.
You'll also benefit from a group effect that will push you to give your best and to exchange with athletes of every caliber with varied experiences.

The camp is accessible to all levels, whether you're preparing a first triathlon short distance or aiming for the 70.3 or Iron world championshipsMan: there will be an "intro" mode program more dedicated to those starting out in triathlon to get the most from our coaches' and speakers' experience, and  a second "advanced" one where the group effect plays to the max!
Although the general focus is on the 70.3/5150 Mont-Tremblant, lthe camp format is designed specifically to adapt to each person and give you maximum results.
The camp is openert to everyone (BartCoaching members or not).

Date and location of the next CAMP

Required equipment

You'll need your gear for cycling, running and swimming every day. A wetsuit is strongly recommended :)
Keep in mind the weather can be uncertain this season, so bring clothing for all conditions.

Plan simple and fairly light meals at lunchtime because the sessions usually run back to back; it's also a chance to test your nutrition in conditions close to race day.

A detailed "check list" and the full schedule will be sent one week before the camp.
